    • Jim was in a hospital wih family on the road between Pittsburgh and Clearfield when he was stricken wih a heart attack. Oldest son who was there adminstered CPR and he was rushed to a local hospital but never regained conciousness. After the family gathered at his bedside he was removed from life support. Karen, his sister was at the restuarant and was getting him a salad at the buffet. When she returned to the tab;e e was already on the floor being treated by his on an a nurse who was a customer at the restuarant. [5]
